Auto Value Associates, Inc. was formed as a buying group over twenty years ago. It is comprised of thirty-eight individual shareholders that own equal shares in the corporation. Our primary business is selling replacement automobile parts and accessories.

As Auto Value became of age in the early 1980's it was determined that we needed legal counsel to make sure we operated within the state and federal laws concerning buying groups.

We feel that Harry Ray has done an excellent job in keeping us informed of all current and new laws that would effect our overall business growth and success.
